LIVING IN NO RAIN CLOUDS

I'm getting used to the gray.
It hasn't rained since last Thursday and has been sunny up until today. The combination of hot air up high and cold air down low and no rain has created this giant blanket of fog pretty much all the time. It's very bizarre feeling. Walking across the field the only reason I know which direction the dorms are are the lights. Whenever I fly I always wonder what it feels like to be in a cloud. Now I know. Cold. A sharp cold. Not like Chicago cold that gets into your bones. But a cold that just sits on your skin. It also looks like I need glasses because everything more then 10 yards in front of me is a hazy blur.
This morning though the grayness was back and we're all just sitting ducks waiting for it to start dumping for days on end again. Early today I wanted to curl up and go back to bed (this being after weights when my body was sore and mad at me for moving) BUT I have overcome that feeling and am now finding the gray almost pretty.
