GRAND SLAM TROUGHING

Thursday was my birthday and tradition on the Ranch is the Birthday Person gets thrown in the horses' water trough. Typically it's only once and then you shower and you're fine. For some unknown reason the boys decided it would be fun to through me twice. So on Thursday I was troughed twice, took three showers, and wore five different outfits.
The last time I changed clothes I had no clean dry underwear so I pulled a pair out of the dryer which hadn't dried yet and dried it with a blow dryer.

Yesterday Hannah, Jordan, and I spent the day in Denver hanging out and taking naps on Hannah's mom's bed. And then met up with six other staff girls for the Rockies game. It was such a fun game. The game was sold out and at one point the whole entire Coors Field was doing the wave. It was awesome.
Also Rockies won in the bottom of the ninth 18 to 17. It was ridiculous. With home run after home run with a couple Grand Slams mixed in there.
And then there were fireworks afterwards for the 4th. Everyone was saying how the fireworks show was going to be amazing. But I guess I'm spoiled with Chicago/Evanston fireworks because they were cool but not nearly has awesome as at home.
Also the last song that they played with the fireworks was Joyful Joyful which was cool but odd.

I'm not tired and cranky. and I woke up to a strange girl in Mary Ellen's bed. Turns out it's an old staff girl here for the weekend but still not what I wanted to wake up to.
